USING SUPER UNITS
Super Units was developed for ease of use while providing a large set of categories (see below) and a comprehensive list of types within each category.
Making a conversion
1. Select a category
2. Select the FROM and TO types
3. Type the from value in the masked edit box in the upper middle part of the form (where 2.3 is shown in the screen shot below).
3. If you want to copy the converted value to the clipboard, click on the large silver button in the upper right.
Logging a conversion
1. Make a conversion as discussed above
2. Position the I-Beam in the lower left, large text box, at the point where you want to insert the log
3. Press the "Log" button
4. If you want to save the log(s) as a file, press the "Save As" button.
In the screenshot below we selected the "Volume" category and selected "Cup (US, liquid)" as the
FROM type and "gallon (Irish)" as the TO type. We then typed "2.3" in the masked edit box in the upper
middle part of the form. We then pressed the "Log" button to make a log entry.
You would read this conversion as:
2.3 "Cup (US, liquid)" approximately equals 0.15260225183823528 of a "gallon (Irish)"
The SI protocol does not pluralize unit values, so we would not say "2.3 Cups (US, liquid)."
We suggest you read more about the SI here.

The following screen shot shows a few log entries.
