The Decimal to Fraction Utility
Some professions, for example title attorneys, often need to calculate with fractions.
The Numera Fractions Document was made to exclusively work with fractions.
You could, for example, use this utility to convert a decimal number to a fraction, and then paste that fraction in to a fractions Document view.
Here's an example of the Decimal to Fraction utility:

In the pictured example above .638 was converted to 319/500.
To use this utility:
Start entering the decimal number in the text box as shown in the example where .638 was entered.
The resulting fraction will be updated as you type.
The converted fraction will appear in the button where 319/500 is shown in the example.
After a conversion is made, simply click that button showing the converted fraction to copy it to the clipboard. At that point you can paste it into a Fractions Document or a word processor etc.
This utility is designed to "stay on top" while you work, and you can open multiple instances of it. It can also be minimized and restored when needed.
